We have nearly ten years of experience in selling and buying real estate both residential and commercial in British Columbia, especially in the South Surrey White Rock area. Over the years, we have achieved outstanding results in the real estate market. As a professional team with deep connections with the Chinese background community, we are familiar with the cultures of the East and the West and fully understand the habits and traditions of each culture. We're very good and experienced at real estate investments because we have a special talent and excellent skills of marketing and negotiation and a very good knowledge of city planning and development based on our past working experience. We know when it is the right time to buy and to sell at where. Therefore, we have helped our clients make good expected returns out of real estate investments. We have been involved much in the conversion of the Grandview Surrey Neighbourhood development plan.
